MCA launched Companies Fresh Start Scheme-2020 wherein all pending previous statutory filings of Companies including annual forms but, excluding forms pertaining to Charge & Increase of authorised capital, could be filed with normal filing fees i.e. without any additional / late fees.

This scheme will commence from 01/04/2020 till 30/09/2020
